Terms and Conditions:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Business Name: Ask Rozelle (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider")

By engaging Ask Rozelle for administrative services, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the scope of our working relationship, payment expectations, and responsibilities on both sides.


1. General Terms

1.1 All services are rendered in accordance with the agreed-upon scope, timelines, and deliverables as discussed prior to commencement.
1.2 Communication will be conducted primarily via email or other agreed-upon digital channels.
1.3 The Client is responsible for providing all necessary information, access, and documentation required to complete the work.


2. Payment Terms

2.1 Full-Time Services

  • Full-time administrative support services are billed monthly in advance.

  • Payment is due by the 7th of each month.

  • If payment is not received by the 7th, services will be automatically suspended until payment is made.

  • Repeated non-payment: If services are suspended for four (4) separate occasions due to late or missed payments, the agreement will be automatically terminated.

  • A one-month written notice is required by either party to terminate ongoing full-time services.

2.2 Ad Hoc and Pre-Paid Services

  • All ad hoc or pre-paid services must be paid in full before work commences.

  • No work will begin until proof of payment has been received.

2.3 Project-Based Services

  • Terms for project-based services may be negotiated individually, depending on the scale, complexity, and duration of the project.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, short-term or once-off projects must be paid upon delivery.


3. Cancellations and Termination

3.1 Either party may terminate the agreement for full-time services by providing one (1) month’s written notice.
3.2 For project-based or ad hoc services, termination may only occur before work begins; once work has commenced, the client is liable for payment of services rendered to date.
3.3 In cases of repeated late payments or failure to communicate, Ask Rozelle reserves the right to terminate the service agreement without further obligation.


4. Refunds and Adjustments

4.1 Due to the nature of digital and administrative services, no refunds will be issued once work has commenced or been delivered.
4.2 Adjustments or revisions will be accommodated as per the original scope and reasonable discretion of the Service Provider.


5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client data, documents, and business information. Information will not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.


6. Liability

Ask Rozelle provides professional administrative services with due diligence and care. However, the Service Provider shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, or third-party system errors.


7. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with payment, booking a service, or requesting work from Ask Rozelle, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
