Our vendor network exists to support clients when their needs fall outside the scope of our in-house services. Rather than sending clients off to search blindly, we prefer to point them towards people and businesses who take their work seriously, deliver consistently, and conduct themselves with integrity.

How Vendors Are Selected

Vendors are not added casually or automatically.

Each vendor is considered based on:

  • Proven experience and a verifiable track record

  • Professional communication and reliability

  • Clear processes, pricing transparency, and accountability

  • Alignment with our values and service philosophy

  • Feedback from direct experience or trusted referrals

As part of the selection process, shortlisted vendors will be required to participate in an interview. This allows us to assess working style, communication approach, reliability, and overall fit before any assignments are offered.


In many cases, vendors are selected after working alongside them on client projects or through long-standing professional relationships. We believe trust is earned through consistency, not promises.

Expectations and Standards

Being listed or referred as a vendor comes with responsibility.

Vendors are expected to:

  • Deliver work to agreed timelines and specifications

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and partners

  • Maintain ethical business practices at all times

  • Respect client confidentiality and data protection requirements

  • Represent themselves, and by extension our referral, in a manner that reflects professionalism

We reserve the right to review vendor relationships regularly and to remove listings where standards are not maintained.

Referral or Partnership Approach

Our approach is referral-based, not commission-driven.

We refer vendors because we trust their work, not because of incentives or quotas. In some cases, formal partnerships may exist, but these are entered into carefully and with clear boundaries.


Referrals do not imply exclusivity, obligation, or guaranteed work. Clients may choose which vendor they wish to work with. Fees, scope of work, and commercial terms are negotiated with the client by Ask Rozelle and communicated clearly to the vendor prior to commencement.

Timesheet and Administrative Fee Structure

To support the operational costs of managing and coordinating vendor engagements, a small administrative fee structure applies once a vendor is approved and begins their first assignment.

This consists of:

  • A one-time sign-on fee of R1500 (approximately $90 USD)

  • A recurring monthly fee of R500 (approximately $30 USD)

These fees apply strictly for timesheet and administrative purposes and will only be charged once approval has been granted and the first assignment has commenced. The sign-on fee will be deducted from the vendor’s first assignment, and the monthly system fee will be deducted from ongoing earnings. Therefore, no upfront fees are required, ensuring there is no financial risk to the vendor prior to commencing work.

How Vendors Can Apply or Be Listed

Vendors who believe their services are a good fit may apply for consideration.

Applications should include:

  • A brief overview of your services

  • Your business details and years of operation

  • Examples of past work or case studies where applicable

  • References or testimonials, if available

  • Your preferred method of collaboration

Submission does not guarantee inclusion. All applications are reviewed carefully, and we may request additional information or propose a trial collaboration before any listing or referrals are offered.

Disclaimers and Professional Boundaries

Vendor listings and referrals are provided in good faith, based on professional assessment and experience at the time of referral.


All clients introduced or referred through Ask Rozelle remain clients of Ask Rozelle at all times. All billing, project scoping, communication frameworks, and assignment management will be conducted through Ask Rozelle unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.


Vendors are strictly prohibited from engaging with Ask Rozelle clients privately for the purpose of securing work, altering scope, billing independently, or bypassing established processes. Any such conduct will be considered a serious breach of professional boundaries.


Should a vendor act outside of these terms, the following will apply:

  • A penalty fee equal to the full value of the project will become immediately payable by the vendor

  • Immediate removal from the vendor network

  • Permanent blacklisting from future collaborations

We do not manage, supervise, or control vendor service delivery beyond the agreed coordination scope unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement. Any unauthorised deviation from these boundaries is undertaken at the vendor’s own risk.


Vendors are independent contractors and are both permitted and encouraged to source and accept work outside of Ask Rozelle. Nothing in this relationship constitutes employment, exclusivity, or restriction of trade.

Our role is to connect, coordinate, and protect professional relationships, not to tolerate misconduct or boundary violations.
